Type of a scam Online Purchase

Made an order online thru their Instagram profile link on November 1st, 2018 And never received an invoice nor do they have any way of me getting in contact with them. No phone or email. Ive filled out their contact form on their website but I have not heard back from them. I’ve direct messaged them thru Instagram and left comments asking for status of my order but they delete my comments and never respond. I’m guessing it’s so others don’t see my comments about how they aren’t a legit company.
