Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company took my $450.00 through PayPal & sent whatever they claim to have sent to neither my name or my address & PayPal refuses to look any deeper even though the package I ordered was not delivered to me nore my address & the company dissapeared over night & all contact info was garbage. They sent a package to whomever under floral and a weight of 14.57 oz, when I ordered a 22" gas powered snow blower & UPS won’t give me any documentation since it wasn’t shipped to me or my address. It’s all just a scam & no one accept my bank are willing to do anything about it. I have all my original reciepts & screenshots to prove they just stole my money
