I ordered construction trucks based on video advertisement on FB. Shower it pulling a car. It showed they came in a crate. What is received are small

Plastic toys. One arrived and had been opened and was not secure in the package.

After numerous emails I asked to return and get a refund.

This was the response.

Advertisement makes remote control trucks appear to be large and even can pull a car. They show using a crate to ship them. When they arrived they are cheap plastic small remotes. I asked to return and this is what is received.
