I received a Final Notice from FL Human Resources Compliance, 400 Capital Circle SE, Suite 18-182, Tallahassee FL 32301, "Failure to comply with 2015 labor law requirements may lead to government fines and/or audits". It was a bill amount of $104 to be sent by check to that number. I have attached an image of the notice.

I checked into it because I had never received a notice before and it said FINAL notice, I couldn’t find anything about it on the web. I called the Florida Department of Labor, FL Department of Economic Opportunity and the individual I spoke to said this company was just trying to get my money to sell me posters of FL labor laws to put in my place of business for my employees.

I don’t have any employees, I edit photographs I took outside the home at my home computer, and thought this was very fishy. This is why I investigated with the appropriate government agencies.
