I was notified that I had won a large amount of money 2 months ago and an attempt to deliver it had been made with no one to accept it and now it was a matter of days to claim this money or loose it. The problem was that in order to receive the large amount of money a fee to cover bonding fees and registration had to be paid up front before I would be able to receive my large winnings in the form of a check. When I told Mr. Shawn Miller that there was no way I could come up with the $3825.00 for these fees it was suggested that he could help me apply for a government grant to pay this amount.
