Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a custom hoodie from fizmerch on 1-4-2019. Upon purchase I was given a tracking number. When I enter this tracking number on their website it says there is no order for that number. I have emailed [email protected] 4 times and [email protected] (the payee email provided by PayPal) twice. I have not received any response from fizmerch. I am fairly certain that this company is a scam and they are stealing people’s money. I am hoping to get my money back and stop whoever this is from causing further damage. Thank you for your help.

that is the complaint I filed with PayPal and I was able to get refunded my money but I still believe that the company fizmerch is a scam artist and wanted to let people know so that they can be stopped be stopped.
