They called me several times. I decided to call back the number and I got a voice prompt to dial #1 to speak to someone…and they explained that they called me to help lower my interest on my credit cards…When I ask them more questions on whether or not they were BBB certified…the customer service rep got angry and responded that it is my job to go call BBB to inquire on whether or not they are.
