Type of a scam Credit Cards

Hello. I am an Exercise Specialist who came across an online company, FitCrewUSA, on Facebook recently. The website claimed many well known athletes had used 2 new supplements. The website offered me the opportunity to have a trial of each of the Supplements for simply the price of shipping. The first supplement was Pump 2400 and the other one was called TST 1700. My credit card was charged 5.95 and 5.95 for shipping price. I NEVER received any confirmation email or contract email. Approximately 2 weeks later when I checked my Bank of America Credit Card Account Summary I had a PENDING charge from T Boost for $89.95 and another charge which was already applied for $79.98 from FIT4NOWENERGY out of California. The only deduction I could make about these ridiculous charges were the Trial Supplements I ordered also from California. When I immediately contacted Bank of America to remedy this situation, it took my Bank of America Rep almost an hour to get a hold of someone one their end. The individual was rude and told me I signed up for a contract for more that just a 14 day trial and the initial shipping costs. I asked him to send me a copy of the business transaction and he refused. All is offered me was the ability to return the supplements unopened and the Cancellation number for my order so I don’t get another charge on my Credit Card. The Number was 10E56225BA. The entire transaction and phone call was very sketchy. He would not give me any other information I required. He did not replicate the contract he claimed I agreed to online. He would not even give me any other options as to how to remedy this situation when someone is under the impression they are paying $10 for a trial supplement and end up spending almost $170. I don’t even know if this company is a recognized or a real business. I unfortunately live in Pennsylvania or I would have literally went in person to speak to someone at their Business Headquarters. I usually never buy anything online without using my Protected Paypal account. I slipped up this time and it cost me almost $200 and I as someone with a family and bills just like everyone else would like to explore possible ways for me to get a refund from this online Scam.
