I ordered a fitbitm Versa 2. I knew it wasn’t a real Fitbit. I figured if I get good use out of it it would serve it’s purpose. But I was wrong. I fell for the scam. I did research on the website at the time. I really didn’t find any positive nor negative information until now. I did receive an email confirmation on my purchase and that was all I ever received from them. I emailed them 3 times requesting information on my purchase, never getting any reply. When I tried to email again the customer service email was an auto- reply message to use the email on the website. I did, and once again with no reply. Now the website no longer exists. I would say buyer beware but it would be pointless. Like I said no more website.
