Type of a scam Government Grant

12/17/18 I received a voice mail from a Jessica Peterson stating that she was calling about my paper work for my student loans and I needed to call back 1-866-708-2552 and make sure I used ref: # 0202. I do have paper work with the Department of Education so I called back because it sounded legit. Someone named Justin answered and I told him Jessica Peterson said I needed to call regarding my student loans. He started talking really fast, I told him to slow down that I could not understand him and then I asked what the name of the company was and he said company was First Student Adviser’s calling on behalf of US Dept. of ED. Said that I could qualify for lower rate. I said so the Dept. of ED told you to call me and where did you get my phone number, that is when he said "this can go one of two ways" and I told him it was not going any way and hung up. I called the US Dept. of ED and Amanda told me to report this to BBB because it was a scam because the Dept. of ED never calls unless students call them and ask for a call back also Dept. of ED never uses third party to call students.
