Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

They called our office and asked the person who answered the phone if we wanted to continue our on line listing service. Of course the person answering the phone….thinking this had to do with our *** online listing service said yes. With that they initiated a invoice and requested payment for a six month mirco website profile and hosting and logo option. They claim we agreed to the service…but it is in the wrong company’s name, and the wrong person’s name who answered the phone. So, after several phone calls from First Choice Direct I faxed them a copy of their bogus invoice and told them that I’m the person who does all marketing and I never contacted them for any service nor did I sign any contract with them for any service. I further stated they stop sending us invoices or I would report them to the BBB. That was in March 2018 and about two weeks ago they started calling again now saying they have closed the account and reduced the payment from $959 to just $400 and we needed to send them a check immediately. We of course didn’t send them a check but are now listing this ScamPulse.com fraud complaint on July 10, 2018.
