I received a voicemail stating that my account would be charged roughly $400 for computer services from my yearly membership. I didn’t realize it was a scam at first. When I called the company back they identified themselves as Adam working for Microsoft he told me to go to my computer and he could help me get my refund. Eventually once I accuse them of being scam artist they did hang up on me. I called them back the same voice identified himself as Richard and said that he worked for the geek squad. I once again accuse them of being fraud. They hung up on me and blocked my number so that I am no longer able to contact them.
