Type of a scam Government Grant

I’ve had the same guy call me from both these numbers. He didn’t even bother to wait an hour between calls, didn’t use another name or even attempt to change his tone of voice. He told me i was eligible to obtain a goverment grant of $2000-$5000 i told him that i wasn’t interested the first time and after the 2nd call not even an hour later from a different number i told him to not call me back again and to remove my number from his list. It probably wont happen but that’s why I’m reporting it
