Type of a scam Online Purchase

I recently went through my account charges and noticed i had multiple charges from "filesfetcher", i never used these guys services, i have no idead how they got my information, but they refuse to refund my money due to their policy. i talked with someone online, and i had called their 1800 number. I did not get anywhere, they refused to refund any of my money, they still owe me almost 200$ from being charged in septemtber, twice in novemeber and again in december. I had asked to speak to a supervisor, but, of course, there was none. I am still extrememly unhappy about this.

Please do not ever use these guys services. They’ll take your money and not give it back
