Type of a scam Online Purchase

My boss ordered a dress from fifity.com in early May. We entered the tracking information to see where her package was/when she would get it on June 4, to dsicover it was still "being shipped" in California. I told her it was likely a scam. She emailed their customer service email address asking when it would arrive and they asked for her order number. She gave the order number, the item she ordered, and her total, and received no answer. July 3, she emialed again and asked for a refund since her order still hadn’t arrived. They told her they could only give her a $10 store credit. The next day they responded and siad they could not issue a refund because her order was "in transit".

Today, July 9, she asked me to take appropriate action and report them as a scam website. I went to the original website to gather information (fifity.com) and while the store itself is still up, all of the information is gone: tracking numbers, the "about us" page, contact us, etc. The social media tabs redirect you to a "vistty.com", which is the exact same thing as the previous website.

Vistty.com is a registered business entity based in United States and it has their own logistics center located in Singapore. While most of the Internet-based fashion retailers usually put their logistics center in North America, we prefer Singapore because of its world-class delivery capability and capacity. Moreover, since most of our factories are located in Asia, the choice of Singapore helps to cut down the cost on delivery for our customers.
