Fernando *** from Chula Vista, California is a despicable human being. He posed as a contractor and destroyed my home, ordering the wrong windows, hiring a crystal meth addict( he left his drugs in my garage) to install these incorrect windows crooked and improperly. I had to buy all new windows!!!. He then papered up half my house and put chicken wire around half the house as well and then ABRUPTLY LEFT the country. He claims that someone "used his name improperly" and he had to leave the country for the last three weeks. Leaving my house ruined!!!! He also claims to be an air conditioning expert, he’s an expert in scamming people out of their money. He owes me over 10, 000 dollars in French doors that were never delivered and a split A/C unit that never arrived. Please NEVER USE FERNANDO *** in any of your renovations. He will not only destroy your house, but he will rob you of your money as well. He is a pathological liar and it is a shame that I lost so much after trusting someone who clearly wanted to rob me
