FedLoan Help: Nonprofit Organization is a scam, do not give these awful human beings your information. This 3rd party company mislead me to believe that they were affiliated with my student loan agency and the Department of Education. They informed me that I would be entering into the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program, Income Based Repayment Plan, and loan consolidation. They charged me $150 a month leading me to believe I was paying off my student loans. Once I found out the payments were not going to my student loans, I tried to reach out to the FedLoan Help for clarification, they refused to answer the phone and never returned my phone calls. Shame on you FedLoan Help you guys are frauds!
