A person called from a number that came across as a Dgls Cnty #402.599.2600 gave his name as Charles Schaffer. Stated that there were 2 Federal bench warrants out for me & that Federal Marshall John Woodward was assigned to my case & would be coming to my home at 8pm tonight to get me. That it was hoped that I would be released from jail yet this evening after I was taken in on the warrants.

I said that I wanted to talk to John Woodward about these warrants & I was given 402.262.6800 as the # to call & that Charles would be emailing John to let him know that I would be calling.

No money was requested at this calling.

I didn’t call. I called the Fed. Marshall # listed on the internet a 202 # talked to Robert & he confirmed that they don’t call on Federal warrants & suggested I call my local police. I did that & was told that they couldn’t look up Federal warrants, she did check to see if there were any local warrants out for me, none were found. She gave me the local # for the Federal Marshall office in Omaha.

I called that # & had to leave a voice-mail. No callback from them at this reporting.
