Sam Support defrauded our child care center out of $499.99, through misrepresentation as a federal program. Sam Support defrauded our child care center out of $499.99 by requiring this amount as a "renewal fee" for a governmental program. Sam.gov provides a free renewal process. A representative from the federal help desk stated that many of these 3rd party companies, such as Sam Support are defrauding businesses by posing as the actually SAM service. Also, Sam Support had a copy of our detailed account information.
