I receive a text about a grant for $70,000 but that I would need to send a transfer fee of $850 From a Walmart before the funds would be delivered to me. The text came from Annakykiah McKien (805-510-4692) from Federal Home Care System, she stated their headquarters was in Washington, DC but she was in Florida.
