Type of a scam Government Grant

I was contacted by Mary James that I had won a Government Grant in the amount of $90,000 and was told to send by Western Union $250.00 but it would not go through. I was then told to get ITunes cards adding up to $250.00. They are now asking for more money, $950.00 to get clearance at the customs office. I have reported her Facebook Profile to Facebook. We will not be sending the additional $950.00
