Type of a scam Government Grant

Lady from another country that I could barely understand said that I was awarded a government grant for 9,200.00. I wouln’t have to pay it back ever. It was free money that was available to me because I had no accounts or credit aopened in my namce. I would get the money through Wal-mart, CVS, or Western Union. I just had to call back to another number and speak to her manager and give him this ID # she gave me and then I would have my money!. I said ok sure! I hung up the phone and got online to search for grants scams and sure enough i found the same thing!!! I AM SURE IF I WOULD HAVE CALLED BACK THEY WOULD HAVE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME TO SEND THEM A FEE BEFORE I COULD RECIEVE MY MONEY!
