Type of a scam Government Grant

They tell you that they have already received grant money tax free, no pay back, all you have to do is pay a $2000 "delivery fee" to receive the money. Also, they say for an additional fee, you can have cash delivered. Their grammar is terrible and when I mentioned that I knew they were fake, they thanked me and showed lots of different happy faces. This message was supposedly sent from a friend whose Facebook messenger service was most likely hacked.
