Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Told me my name was on a list of entitlement to receive $150,000 due to being a widow. He will send me a money order for the amount. I have to verify my name, address so he can send it. I gave my name and sure enough, I was entitled to the money. It is a "compensation program through the Welfare Board to ensure systematic policy for 2017. They won’t send me the money unless I give them my full name and address. I told them if I was officially on the "list" they would have all my contact information. No response. My friend said she got her money….I asked her if she gave them her bank acct number for auto deposit. She has not answered yet. They are no longer texting me…..an official govn. agency who has $150,000 for me would certainly get me the money…..
