Type of a scam Tax Collection
received a voicemail from 202-844-0541 from federal criminal office giving me instructions to call regarding investigation involving my name and was given a case #. Checked reverse phone # and found this originated from Vienna, DC. Called that # and person sounded out of country asking for my address. I hung up. Want to know if this is a scam.
