Type of a scam Phishing

I have gotten numerous calls with a robot-female voice that says that I have legal charges against me and that I better call back so that I will not be arrested. Also calls from a male recorded voice stating that criminal charges are against me & that I needed to call back. Or that this is the last warning before they will arrest me.
