Type of a scam Online Purchase

I paid $19.15 to receive 3 VIN reports concerning a travel trailer. The only information on the entire report that I received was the VIN number, which I had already provided to the company myself. They also checked a box that stated that the "vehicle" had been in an accident, which is doubtful from what I previously knew about the travel trailer. There were no descriptors and no additional information anywhere on the report that would allow a person to identify the travel trailer, or even that it was in fact a travel trailer, as every other box was empty, which made it seem likely that the company had absolutely no information at all, but was just making a few bucks by sending customers a meaningless piece of paper that had been scripted to look like some kind of "report". Had I known there would be no information provided, I would have not ordered the report.
