I purchased a product from their website and never received it. I sent out over three emails, because that is the only way to contact the business, and was ignored every time. I paid through Amazon and filed a complaint.

I saw an ad on Instagram showing a fluorite crystal pipe, and I’ve been directed to multiple legitimate companies via Instagram advertising so didn’t think for a second that it might be fake. The company’s website looked totally legitimate, so I went ahead and purchased the pipe because after looking at the product and the different pictures of it, I decided I wanted to get it as a fun gift for my husband for his birthday. Two days after purchase I received an email from “John Green,” the supposed CEO of this company, who was explaining that they had recently taken over the company from an individual who was in financial difficulty and that they apologized for delays with orders etc. So I waited a few weeks and gave them some slack given that email. Today, about three weeks later, I decided to email them inquiring about my order, and it bounced back saying the email address didn’t exist. I started doing research online and saw that many other people had made complaints and said that it was a scam company in China.

On my bank statement the title of the transaction is: ALL YOU TOUCH LLC HTTPSWHEREWES CO

I ordered something from this website and got an email that my order was confirmed and being prepared. About a week and a half goes by and I haven’t heard anything about shipping so I try to email the contact email on the website. I send the email and get a failed message saying that it wasn’t an email when I literally clicked on it straight from the website. I checked my bank statement and my card was charged for the item but I never got it.

Previously scamming people under the name free earth trading that has already been reported to the bbb. Advertises products on instagram, purchased something that was never shipped or delivered. Email address left for customers is an invalid address.
