Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a Microsoft Office package from Fast Software, www.fastsoftware.com, totaling $36.00. I was emailed a license key to enter to download my software, but when I entered the license key I got an error message stating my package doesn’t have a license and won’t let me use it unless I purchase one. So I was unable to use the product and when I emailed the address above I received a reply asking what kind of error message I’m getting and then they never responded again. I reported this as fraudulent to my credit card company and they have refunded my money while investigating the scam. I have since then seen many posts on google saying others have had the exact experience I did and have never been able to access their product. This is a SCAM! and the company should be prosecuted.
