Type of a scam Online Purchase
I purchased a dress online on July 1, 2020. According to this company it was delivered on August 7th, 2020. However, it never arrived. I sent them various emails asking for a refund to my credit card to no avail. In the last email that this company actually responded to they requested an unsigned certification from my local usps office and advised me to contact my bank. They have not responded to the last 2 emails that I have sent them.
