Type of a scam Online Purchase

I booked plane tickets with Delta airlines, and when I went to cancel 1 of the 4 flight tickets, I google Delta for contact number. The number I was given was 1-855-999-1953, and spoke to someone. They had all of my flight information, including the last 4 digits of the card used to purchase the tickets and the names of the individuals on the flight plan. I was told it would cost $150 to cancel the ticket, and this had to be on an American Express prepaid card. I did this initially, and when I called them with the information, they told me they cancelled all the tickets, and I would be refunded the original amount. To get those remaining 3 tickets back, I had to purchase them again given they said they had already refunded me the full purchase price. I was again told I had to go to Walgreens and purchase 2 $500 prepaid American Express cards, and 1 $200 prepaid American Express card. I have since talked to Delta and know this was a scam, and can not get back any money. The first card $150 was the only card registered to me, and the only one American Express will speak to me about. The 855 999 1953 number is linked to a website called farenova.com, but it does not take phone calls at this time.
