Selling counterfeit sports products. New website of the company I purchased what I found out to be counterfeit sports shirt. Old website shutdown now. This is the website attached to the email account of the person I have been contacting to get a refund from. I have saved the email message chain of my communication with the former company Champs Football Gear.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I made a purchase through this website thinking that it looked legit because it had the BBB logo and shopping guarantee at the bottom of the page. Though when I go to the BBB website it does not locate them. There is no physical address or phone number listed. I have received emails from 3 different email addresses. I purchased the item and received a tracking number a few days later. It has now been stuck in China customs for over 3 weeks and I cannot get ahold of anyone at the company to see what it going on. They guarantee a 15 day delivery but it’s been a month. I have emailed them multiple times and cannot find any other information about them. The purchase was for a football jersey.. On the website their is nothing noted that it comes from a Chinese warehouse. I am reporting this because it has the BBB site listed at the bottom but it is not in the BBB database so now it seems extremely fishy.
