I placed an order on December 11, 2019, on the Fanatics USA website thinking it was a legit website to purchase my son a pair of sneakers for his birthday. The transaction was recorded and I received what I thought at the time was a legit email confirmation including an order number. It took a few weeks to receive a tracking number which should have been the first red flag. When I received that email the shipping provider was an international company in china. The tracking number I was provided does not exist. I went back to the website to find any customer service contact and it only provided an email address. I sent an email which was never answered. I went back on the website and found a number and got to speak to a live person, this is where I discovered the number I was calling was for the real Fanatics website and that I was scammed by a fake website. I placed this order on December 11, 2019, and it’s January 26, 2020. I’m out of $117.00 and the worst part my son never received his sneakers. Please be advised FanaticsUSA is scam website.
