Type of a scam Phishing

I receive a phone call every day from the same # they start saying they are with the government but when I ask a name they cuss me and speak nasty to me and I’ll hang up and they call right back from the same # or one where the last 4 are different.

1-231-788-5125 or 1-231-5124 , 1-231-5120. I tried to block them but they still get through.
