BIG SCAMMERS!!! THEY KEEP DELETING MY POSTS ON FACEBOOK, I WONDER WHY…DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! WORST COMPANY EVER!

Items ordered December 6, 2016 with free shipping. Website says 15-25 business days for delivery. First email from Vivian, customer rep, said it takes 35-45 business days. Items never arrived, told them I want a refund and here is the response from Hebe from today March 14, 2017:

Dear Customer,

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.

We have checked your order FSC0***.

We know that you choose free shipping.

But in fact it is not free, we have to submitted shipping fees to the delivery company

We can resend to you,you can choose the other item with the same price to replace.

If you need refund,sorry that we will deduct the shipping cost $9 which we paid for sending the parcel to you at the beginning.

Your support and understanding will be highly appreciated.

I believe this company is posting items for sale and then when you place an order they take your money and never deliver the products. They are scamming individuals by taking the orders and having them believe they will receive the clothes they are showing on line. I have read over 50 reviews and no one has received their order or if received something in the mail it wasn’t the item they advertised but a cheaper version that they couldn’t even wear. This site needs to be removed so that more individuals will not be victimized.

I was a victim of PayPal Fraud and had unauthorized charges from this company to my account. Some but not all of the products were received and what was found to be counterfeit products, were returned but the charges were never refunded and there is never a live person to speak with at this company. they appear to be a Company in the US but are deceivingly out of China so there is no way to get ahold of people to dispute. I have emailed this company several times and got no response.

I placed an order 12/4 for 2 items. Site states that orders are shipped in 4-8 days. It is 12/21 and I have not received my order. I’ve emailed 3 times with no response. My order status is "PAID". They have no phone number listed and do not respond to emails. I normally do my research before ordering online. Sadly, I didn’t this time and I’m regretting it.

Through Facebook, I placed an order with this company on November 29, 2016. Although not a huge purchase, the site said it was Norton secured, and promised order would be shipped in 3-8 days. I have not received my purchase, paid through PayPal, nor an email stating it will be shipped. I have written to customer service three times, only receiving one actual response telling me to be patient! .
