on sunday may 27 2018 I called up facebook at 3473890021 and spoke to Michael Johnson. he claims he was in the new York office. I told him my problem was that on the right side of the screen the account button was missing. he said he could help me. he said he needs to get into my computer. I asked him if he was going to charge me and he said no why would he charge me. for two hours he was in my computer doing god knows what and then I see him typing $399 into my computer. I asked him if I am being charged. he said my computer is being hacked by hackers and this amount will be refunded to me. I said you told me I wasn’t going to be charged. and I told him I don’t have $400. he said I would have to buy a googleplay card and pay $400 with my credit card. I told him I don’t have. he said well I cannot help and hehung up. I then called his supervisor and he confirmed what Michael Johnson told me. I then called back that 3473890021 and joseph answers and he is cursing me out saying [censored] you and I am a scam artist. I told him they are the scam artists. I then started to email mark zuckerberg the founder of facebook and as I was typing Michael Johnson was still in my computer and he was erasing everything I was typing. I called them back and said if he doesn’t get out of my computer I will call the police and the ScamPulse.com. I called the police but they said it is not a police matter. I am writing you in hopes that Michael Johnson and joseph get fired.

There a person who appeared on my messenger as a new friend and I told her I had to go to bed and she said she had some very important news concerning a contest on FB which might be if interest. I should of hung up right there because I knew it wasn’t true. She kept on telling me I had won a lot and showed a picture of Mark Z holding check for me. I tried to remove her and couldn’t. I complained to what I thought was FB security but it was the scammers on that too. For all I know they have this what I am writing being observed. I finally blocked them and I don’t think they can message me now. But they may be in control of that too.
