Contacted this company by phone to set up transportation from airport to Port of Miami for cruise on 4/4/2020.. Pick up at port on day of return from cruise and participate in a tour to Everglades then return to airport for departure. I was told that if I used credit card I would be charged a fee and if I used paypal I would be charged a fee. But if I sent them a front copy of the personal check that would hold the reservation and when we arrive I would give them the check.. I also have emails of all the conversation and back from my daughter who was the one who talked with Francisco Gutierrez. Cruise was cancelled. Emailed and called Francisco to cancel reservations. Upon checking my banks account this person somehow scanned the check in deposit to the bank and the check was taken out of my account. I called my bank they are investigating for fraud because the check clearly shows it was from a camera and the back of it was a plan piece of paper. I have check in my purse never gave it to them and he deposited it somehow on 3/12/2020. I have called serveral times but he keeps hanging up. I have been advised to file with the police.
