Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

My husband is starting a business and we just received a letter in the mail that appears as though it is coming from a government agency. It makes you think that you are going to be audited and/or fined if you do not mail them $104.00 immediately. I looked up the address because I had never heard of this agency before and it is just a mail box at a USPS office. This letter does not tell you that they are going to help you with you compliance or how they intend to help you, just that you need to mail them a check immediately. They are impersonating a government agency and scaring new business owners into thinking it is something that they have to pay. This is a complete scam and I feel bad for people that fall for it. Shame on Edouard Joseph for stealing money from new small business owners.
