Type of a scam Phishing
Person called me stating that I had an outstanding loan from 12/2013 and I needed to give them my attorney’s name so that they could resolve this issue. The woman, Julia Sykes, refused to give me any information about the complaint except a complaint number, JAN2016-228025. She stated that she would be breaching some confidenitality policy. She stated that they tried to pull money from my bank account but it was closed. It’s very disturbing that she has my bank name and other personal information.
