This is the transport company used by the scam breeders Docilebulldogs.us. We were told in advance by the breeders that transport costs were covered and that we would be contacted by the transport company to arrange delivery. Express Mail Services notified us telling us we had to pay 960.00 for travel ins, but that it would be returned upon delivery. We contacted the seller and they confirmed that this is correct because it is out of state but that we would get the money back. This payment was sent walmart to walmart to Gillian Bellamy in Columbus, GA. We were told that our pet would be shipped the next day due to the time of day. The next day the emailed us again saying he needed a special crate for 875.00 but once again we would get this money back upon delivery. We questioned it again and was assured by the breeder that this is correct and not to worry as we will get our money back. We sent that money again via money gram to Gillian Bellamy and recvd confirmation that our dog was to be sent that night. Several hours later were emailed again stating that we needed to send $3700.00 for quarantine and shot papers. This was the last straw and when we contacted the breeder they tried to offer to pay 2700 of it to help out "since we were going to get it back upon delivery of the pet" I told them that I would like my money back or I would be contacting the authorities as they were obviously lying, their response was go ahead.
