I was supposed to have private coverage that I signed up for in Jan. 2020. When I went to the emergency department for an injury in July, I was told that I have no coverage by my insurance carrier. I called Express Benefits to adjust my coverage and figure out where the disconnect happened and was told that the original person who took me through the process was no longer with the company and lost their license. Once having adjusted my insurance, I was told by a primary care office that they accept my insurance carrier but under my policy, the visit would be out of pocket. I, then, called to cancel any coverage since no matter how many times I spoke with someone about my needs, they arranged for me to have "coverage" that was insufficient. Today (8.14.20), I learn that though I’ve canceled everything, they were still taking money out of my account. I called and was completely disrespected by the retention supervisor who told me to be quiet and listen and I’m not getting any money back so stop calling. His name was Jessie. The first person who was allegedly fired was Miguel. I also spoke with a Mr. Sprabley and Keith Thomas in the mix of all of this. Bottom line, don’t do business with this company. Also, parent company is Bene Market and they have poor reviews also. At the time, I didn’t know this. Otherwise I would have save myself the headache, frustration, and over $1000 in charges without results.

My experience with this possible scamming business was this company called my wife and started to sing her name. This scared my wife due to her not knowing who this number was and also wondering how does this company know her name without her saying anything to her. I called this company and asked to speak to a manager and the scammer lied to me saying he was one. I knew this company was fake due to the rep. Not announcing the company name when they picked up the phone and also when I complained about how they called my wife and how they sang to her and immediately hung up, he got defensive and started to say that I was the problem. I would like this scammer to be brought to justice immediately. My wife was harassed by this scam company.
