Type of a scam Tech Support

I was contacted through a pop-up on my computer that my security was turned off. I called them to find out what they were talking about, they stated that they had was signal from my computer because I had allowed them to insert some drivers into my computer a while back and had paid them $249.00 for membership. They proceeded to tell me that someone had attempted to take $10,000 out of my checking account, and I began to wonder how they knew that and they showed me a list of my past personal passwords and I began to wonder even more. Then they told me that my computer had been hacked and that they need to take control of my computer and take a look. I reluntantly let them take control and they told me that the Anti-virus protection Trend Micro was as scam and that Microsoft didn’t take care of the security in computers period that all they did was set them up and that’s it. Well I knew that not to be true because I have an account with micorsoft and I’ve used them in the past. So I began to question them and I asked them their address and they didn’t want to give that to me and their true company name and they just said Expert Technologies and as I questioned them further I told them that I was confused and for all I know they could be the scammers and they hung up on me and didn’t give me the address. So I immediately called Micorsoft and they took over my computer and found 53 hacks of malware and spyware on my computer and immediately cleaned my computer up. Well I thought they did, I’m still getting a pop up saying that there is a Spyware and unwanted software protection issue. So I just don’t know anymore who to trust???
