Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Contacted business in regards to a shoe purchase. I used contact number listed on Instagram page & was told to send money through Western Union. I ordered my shoes on Sept 29th & was told I would have my shoes the following Monday, Oct 2. I did not have my items on Monday so I contacted the business and was told that the item was shipped out later than expected and should recieve my shoes by Wednesday. Once again, no shoes on Wednesday so I requested a refund and have been given the run around or no response since so I am taking the appropriate actions to get my money back to get my money back & make it known that this business is a scam. Additionally, I did recieve an invoice and I kept my receipts but the process to file my claim with western union and local authorities is not the easiest process. I am choosing not to disclose receipts and invoice due to open investigation.
