I ordered a pair of Keen boots on November 25th (Black Friday)… took month and half to received package to find out I received some black and white throw away shoes. I reached out through my confirmed order confirmation but know one was on the other end, ugh! I sent three more emails but no response. My heart sank when I knew I was scammed…. never again will I order from someone I don’t know & trust. Sad day when this was a Christmas gift to me and now I’m out $70 and no Boots!!!!!
