I was recently seeking a home for me and my kids. I messege several landlords. One email me back saying he had property on 6635 hidden brook trl college park

3bd 2bath rent 1000 deposit $500. Phillip James and his wife told me to check under gosection8 to verify the home. It came back approve in there names. I did a application n lease. Mailed my paper work to the address he gave me which was to 2107 64th Blvd, valley, AL 36854. And I was to send deposit to his wife Sarah Elizabeth Draper Walmart to Walmart. The next day I got a phone call from a lady 3344763119 who said she received my paperwork and said that landlord don’t live there she is on the scam as well. I made up two different email and emailed Phillips James at [email protected] and he and his group is at it again with the same info. I was scammed out of $1000. I made a post on Facebook several people have spoken up on this house and its listed under other sites. The number that will come up then goes to a Clyde Brigman 4047322215 I talked to him. I ask who shows the house he says himself. Ask if he knows owner that is scamming families he said yes and its nothing I can do about it. If you pull the address up be aware. Company and owner are scamming people. I made a police report and notified the Chanel news. This has to stop.
