Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was recently searching for Salomon hiking shoes, & found a website named evollab.com, that has a Salomon’s logo on top. I thought it was a Salomon company, & placed an order for a pair of $90 shoes with them. A day or two later, I’ve received a confirmation with shipping info, & found out that the company is located in China. Nowhere in their website indicated that they are located in China. The package arrived a week later, but it was a pair of cheap shoes like the $5 Ku Fu shoes you get from Chinatown, wrapped in a plastic bag, without a box. I immediately contacted the company by email. They said they sent me the correct shoes, but the shipping company admitted that they’ve accidentally shipped my shoes to someone else, & I’ve received this person’s shoes instead. He then said he will make it up to me. I thought he is going to send me another pair of shoes, but he asked me to pay him another 60% for the second pair. I told him that there is no way that I would send him more money. I knew this is a scam because it is impossible for a big shipping company, dealing with thousands of packages each day, remember that they have mistakenly sent me someone else’s shoes. I suggested to him to collect his lost from the shipping company, but he ignored me. Evidently, this is a fraudulent company, who pull this kind of tricks on innocent consumers. The worse part is that they not only scammed you once, they tried to scam you a second time.
