Type of a scam Online Purchase

Over the past week we have been ordering invicta watches from evine. The operator takes the information and your credit card information they take the money directly from your account. No where does it say you need 700 or better credit score to purchase a watch. But I ordered 3 watches that were numbered and sold out the operator explained that my watches would arrive on Feb 16 2016. 2 days later they sent an email telling us that we didn’t qualify. The watches that we ordered you can no loner order they say sold out. I have been scammed and now have to wait until they return my money.
