Type of a scam Online Purchase

There was an ad on Facebook, selling cute dog face masks. Their website was full of different products, and they even accepted PayPal, which made it seem more truthful. I researched everything, read their fake reviews of people saying they loved the masks they received, and came to my own conclusion that it would be okay to place an order. Funny thing, after I placed an order for buy three get fourth mask free for $26, the seller, commented on their facebook post telling all those who ordered that there is a delay in getting out the orders. I received order confirmation to my email on May 3. On May 18, I emailed requesting an update, no response. On May 30, I followed up with another email, no response. This morning, I emailed again, and still no response after a few hours. I decided to look up their website, and their website is now unavailable, and their Facebook page is also unavailable. After researching Google, there is a scam website with numerous complaints. I’m pretty sure this scam company continues to do this, but does it with other fake products. I have attached a copy of their website showing it is now unavailable, and their email contact they had was [email protected]

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company advertises items such as face masks for COVID-19 and pet items, all with cute pet decoration. They say it will ship in 2 to 3 days and an email will be sent. I received nothing. I messaged them several times asking when it would ship, I emailed the support address, they will not respond, even though their site promises someone will get back within 24 hours. There is not a number anywhere I can call. And now when you try the website you get this!!!!!! Oops, something went wrong. This shop is unavailable!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid through PayPal and have initiated a claim.

Type of a scam COVID-19

I ordered three face masks (and an additional free one) on May 8. On May 9, $24.08 was debited from my bank account. I received an email confirming my order. After more than two weeks, I attempted to contact the company with no luck. The website message states the shop is "no longer is available". I also tried emailing the company at "[email protected]". I went to their FB page to post a comment, but the option of leaving comments was removed.
