Placed an order for a Dog Print Face mask on 5/11/2020 cost w/shipping $10.49. Paid thru Pay Pal. Forgot about the order until today when I was clearing out some purchases from saved e-mails. Remembered the order & realized I never received the mask. Tried web site, it doesn’t exist any longer. Going to file a dispute w/PayPal. Found all of these posts about the scam. Hope they can prosecute these people..

Bought one mask. They took my money, but I did not receive my order

Purchased a cute Pitty masked – confirmed and said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. never received the mask but was charged. SCAM – I am glad I only bought one mask but to be deceived to all these people horrible.

Ordered 4 pit bull face masks back on May 3, 2020. Order total was $34.36. Never received any further communication with regards to my order. I reached out to them via email and never heard back. Went back to check the site a few weeks ago and the site no longer exists. Apparently this is a complete scam. Have yet to receive any money back.

I ordered two pit bull face masks in the beginning of May and still don’t have them. If u want people to order from your company u need to get them out. My order is 5850. We really really could use them. Know one wants to get covid so please send out my order.

7/2/20 – I ordered a face mask on May 15th, saying that it would be shipped within 3-4 days. My $ was deducted from my account the same day. After 5 days, I emailed them because I hadn’t received notification that it had shipped. No response. After 2 weeks, I emailed them again, thinking maybe everything is just taking a while to be delivered. No response. So 6 weeks later, I found this website and see that it was just a scam. Luckily, my order was only $10.49. I can’t believe people are doing this when someone is in great need of this product. You should be ashamed of yourself!

I purchased a couple of items in April 2020 for my dogs but never received any of them and it is now July. Of course they took my money quickly! I received a confirmation and everything but never a response when I emailed them or messaged them on Facebook. Now I need to take time and put in the effort to file a dispute to get my $45 back! Unbelievable that people can be so cruel to others!

I fell in love with the pitbull mask & decided to purchase it to help not spread this horrible virus. The advertising also stated it would ship in 3-4 days. Perfect. That was March 27. And no mask & no way to receive a refund as the website is no longer. I really need either the mask or my money back.

On May 19, 2020, I placed an order for 2 dean russo art face masks. The money was pulled from my checking account since I used my debit card. I never received my order. Today, June 26, 2020, when I went investigating, low and behold I am finding that the website was a scam. I have contacted my bank and they have filed a dispute for me for the amount of my purchase. At least it was just under $20 but I can not believe I was duped! First time in 37+ years of buying items on the internet that I was scammed. I guess I need to count myself lucky.

I also ordered a face nask that I never received. The $$ was taken out of ny account within 24 and i got a confirmation order email but never anything more.

Back in April of 2020 I ordered, and the company had no problem taking my money, a pit bull mask. I used Pay Pal & I never received any notifications to my order. I have looked into recovering my money but there is no information about this company or where to go to speak with someone. I want my money back so that I can buy form a company that will do good business.

Ordered 3 face masks back in May. Never received, but they took my money for sure. Sad. Stealing from people. I hope whoever started this scam gets found.

I ordered 2 bark collars with remotes on April 16 and have not heard a word and no response back from them I am going to try to get my money back but who thought this would’ve been a non reputable company!

Definitely a scam ordered 2 dog shock collars never received them have emailed a dozen times tried to fight charge with bank they said it was a scam and cannot refund me I can’t believe that like seriously how do people get away with this 😠

Same here. I ordered to try and support USA made products. Never received lost about $30.00. Really sad that people scam during financially difficult times

On 5/11/20 I ordered three masks from EverlastingPup and paid $26.47. I waited and waited and finally tried to
Contact them for the status of my order, but they are no longer in business and their website was gone. I checked
my bank statement and sure enough they charged me $26.47 and never shipped me my order. This is a scam and
don’t order from them (well, I guess you can’t now anyway because their website is gone!). I typed up their name
on google and found this website and learned that I am not the only one that was taken. I hope they catch this criminal.

I ordered 3 facemask from everlasting pup also. They took the money from my account right away and never shipped me anything. This was on April 16th. To this day I have still not received my product! This sight is a total SCAM! Buyers Beware! It’s a shame people take advantage of other people in this pandemic situation. I have tried to get ahold of them but there is no phone number or anything.

I paid for a mask on May 12th via Facebook and have not received the mask or any communication from this company. When I go to their page, I get the message: “This shop is unavailable. I filed a complaint with PayPal and now I wait.

I placed an order on April 2020. I was being more patient in getting my order due to the pandemic. I had messaged them with no reply. Now doing More investigation into it I see I like others have been scammed. This is such a sad world we live in that people are out to scam not only us but it also effects other business that are truly out there trying to make a living. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time during this pandemic that I’ve been scammed. I even thought I was researching before ordering, evidently not enough! I don’t want to trust any body anymore’ especially when it affects the wallet.
