Purchased Hand Pan through sure on Facebook on October 21, received confirmation but no product, now the website is closed.
New ad today under a different name on Facebook, US.Eineing.com

And me! I believe I have also been scammed. I’ve tried to reach then but I keep getting a 404 error, when I Googled them, every search said it was a scam. I also ordered a Hand Pan. Is there any recourse to get the funds?

On Oct.18,I ordered a handpan from a facebook link to a shop called DocLuxury roughly estimating $200 because they were on “clearance”.A couple days later,they sent an E-Mail saying it was shipped,but on the website,it said “Awaiting Shipment”.2 weeks later I get concerned and contacted the seller.They said they were still processing it.I check back today on Nov.9 and find out the site had been [censored] down.These guys scammed me pretty bad because I wanted one of these so much for my anxiety conditions.Never go to websites Facebook advertises.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an ad on facebook for a musical instrument called a hand pan. The website looked a bit sketchy but figured I was covered under PayPal if anything happened. When I emailed them the website said they have over 8,000 units in stock and they shipped from over 7 warehouses worldwide. I even paid for fast shipping.

10 days later they tell me the product shipped, but logistics were unable to update the website. Please check back. A few days after that. They said please be patient this item is still in production and this was a crowd fundraising product please be patient. I demanded my money back and they are only offering a 60% refund?

I opened up a case with PayPal, websites confirm this website is scam along with tons of reviews on facebook. Probably should have looked that up before I bought it, but I want to warn people of this website is a scam, Stay away.

They got me with the same instrument scam.Their “shop” is now closed…Ugh.Live and learn not to use shop links on facebook.thats $200 im not getting back
